5 years LSD-legal competition<\/h1>\n\n

1. Organizer<\/h2>\n\n

The organizer of the competition is: CofanaGmbH<\/strong>Boxhagener Str. 72<\/p>\n\n

10245 Berlin(hereinafter referred to as “organizer”)<\/p>\n\n

2. participation period<\/h2>\n\n

The competition runs for all qualified entries in the period from 01.05.2026 up to and including 30.06.2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

3. eligibility to participate<\/h2>\n\n

All natural persons who:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • have reached the age of 18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n\n

    4. participation<\/h2>\n\n

    You can enter the competition in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n

    a) Participation through purchase<\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    • With the purchase of a T-shirt<\/strong>, the participant receives 10 stickers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • When purchasing a trailer<\/strong>, the participant receives 5 stickers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      b) Free participation<\/h3>\n\n

      Alternatively, you can participate free of charge by sending in a letter.<\/p>\n\n

      The letter must contain the following information:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Complete address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • E-mail address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • the wish to participate in the “5 years of LSD-legal competition”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        The letter should be sent to: CofanaGmbH, Boxhagener Str. 72, 10245 Berlin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        The participant will receive 1 sticker<\/strong> for each valid entry.<\/p>\n\n

        Participation by letter is only possible once.<\/p>\n\n

        5. winning mechanics<\/h2>\n\n
          \n
        • A total of 25 golden stickers<\/strong> will be randomly distributed among all stickers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Each golden sticker is provided with an individual number<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Each golden sticker represents a prize<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          The winnings are distributed as follows:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          • 20 \u00d7 500 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 3 \u00d7 1.000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 1 \u00d7 2.000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 1 \u00d7 5.000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            Each prize is permanently assigned to a sticker number.<\/p>\n\n

            6. profit determination and settlement<\/h2>\n\n
              \n
            • Prizes will be distributed randomly in advance by the organizer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • To redeem a prize, the participant must:\n
                \n
              • send a photo of the golden sticker<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • communicate the printed number<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                Once the validity has been checked, the prize is confirmed and paid out.<\/p>\n\n

                Payment is made by bank transfer or a mutually agreed method.<\/p>\n\n

                7. deadline for assertion<\/h2>\n\n

                Winnings must be claimed by 31.07.2026<\/strong> at the latest.Winnings not claimed by the deadline will be forfeited without compensation.<\/p>\n\n

                8. independence from other actions<\/h2>\n\n

                Other promotions are not connected with the competition and do not affect participation or the chance of winning.<\/p>\n\n

                9. exclusion in case of abuse<\/h2>\n\n

                The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants at:<\/p>\n\n

                • Manipulation attempts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Use of counterfeit or duplicated stickers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Multiple submissions with false information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • other abuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                  be excluded from the competition.<\/p>\n\n

                  10. liability<\/h2>\n\n

                  The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence.To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for technical faults or loss or damage to consignments.<\/p>\n\n

                  11. data protection<\/h2>\n\n

                  Only the data required for the implementation and processing of the prize draw will be processed.Further information can be found in the privacy policy at lsd-legal.de\/datenschutz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

                  12. changes and termination<\/h2>\n\n

                  The organizer reserves the right to adjust or prematurely terminate the competition for important reasons if necessary.<\/p>\n\n

                  13. legal process<\/h2>\n\n

                  Legal recourse is excluded.<\/p>\n\n

                  14 Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n

                  The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.<\/p>\n\n
