From one day to the next, a draft law to amend the New Psychoactive Substances Act was added to the agenda of the Bundesrat session on September 26 – literally on the very last day it was still possible.

We have spoken with several chemists, including the current manufacturer, and this is what it means in concrete terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1S-LSD will be banned, and the law will be amended in a way that prevents any new derivatives from being allowed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So until September 26 it will still be possible to buy legal LSD – after that, it\u2019s over. This is no joke, no marketing trick, and no unnecessary scaremongering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
