What is the difference between LSD and 1Fe-LSD?

1Fe-LSD has a small molecular difference to LSD, which means that it does not fall under the German Narcotics Act (BtMG), the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) or the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG).
It may be researched without the approval of the BfArM.

Is 1Fe-LSD legal?

Yes, after the ban on 1S-LSD, 1Fe-LSD is the next substance derived from LSD that is not covered by the Narcotics Act (BtMG), the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) or the Medicinal Products Act (AMG).

Which payment options are available?

You can pay in advance or by card on collection in Berlin. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept payments via PayPal or similar services. All requested payment service providers exclude our products in their terms of use.

How can I contact you?

Can I also buy from you on site?

Yes, you can also purchase all products in person at our shop at Boxhagener Straße 72, 10245 Berlin. No prior reservation/order is necessary.

Please note: We are currently only able to accept card payments.

Can I cancel or return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, a return is only possible if the package is sent back to us unopened. The costs for the return shipment will not be covered.

How do I store your products the best way?

For storage, we recommend our custom-made keychains, which are produced in Germany. They are airtight, waterproof, light-protected and dry.

Alternatively, you can wrap the supplied baggies in aluminium foil, store them in an airtight Tupperware box and place this in the refrigerator.

This should allow you to store the substance for up to a year or possibly even longer without any significant loss of substance.

Can I store your products in the freezer?

Sub-zero temperatures in themselves do not harm the molecule – but there are practical risks involved in handling it. We therefore recommend the refrigerator as a stable, lower-risk solution.

The shipping costs for one parcel are €3.50.

Is shipping discreet?

Your order will, of course, be sent in a discreet white package (not an envelope) that does not reveal its contents. Our company name, Cofana GmbH, is listed as the sender. We must list this in order to receive any returns or failed deliveries.

How fast will my order be shipped and when can I expect delivery?

We ship our products daily from Monday to Friday, provided payment is received by 10 am. Delivery is usually one to three working days later. Payments for orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

With which service provider will the order be shipped?

We ship with the shipping service provider DHL.

Is there a tracking system?

Yes, we will send you the DHL tracking number by e-mail after the shipment has been successfully completed.

What happens if my order does not arrive or is lost?

If your order does not arrive or is lost, please contact our customer service. We will help you with your problem and find a solution.

How big is the parcel, will it fit in my letterbox?

We send every order in a small parcel and not in an envelope. As a rule, parcels are handed over personally by DHL and not posted through the letterbox.

The dimensions of our parcels are 20 cm x 14 cm x 3.3 cm (L x W x H).

In which countries do you ship?

For bureaucratic reasons, we currently only ship within Germany.

However, we are planning to offer international shipping later this year. If you would like to stay up to date, you are welcome to subscribe to our special newsletter.

Do you also ship to packing stations/post offices?

Yes, delivery to a Packstation, post office or parcel shop is possible. You can select this option for the delivery address at checkout.
If you are using this service for the first time, you will need a DHL customer account and the corresponding postcode.

To ensure that delivery runs smoothly and without delays, there is one thing you must do:

After registering, your postal number must be activated once in the DHL app. Otherwise, your parcel will not be delivered.
