As the market leader in Germany, we’re now expanding our presence in the Netherlands and we need you to help build our international shipping operations and carry our vision forward.

What it’s about
As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in building our operational business in the Netherlands.
You’ll establish our structure, expand our processes, and (soon) lead a team.
You won’t just help shape the future – you’ll set standards for it.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with a focus on shipping and customer service
• Build and later lead a small, dedicated team
• Process international orders and handle customer inquiries
• Ensure stable inventory levels
• Request quotes for equipment and machinery
• Negotiate with partners and suppliers – professionally, clearly, and fairly

• Fluency in English and Dutch (business level)
