You can pay in advance or by card on collection in Berlin. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept payments via PayPal or similar services. All requested payment service providers exclude our products in their terms of use.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, a return is only possible if the package is sent back to us unopened. The costs for the return shipment will not be covered.
For storage, we recommend our custom-made keychains, which are produced in Germany. They are airtight, waterproof, light-protected and dry.
Alternatively, you can wrap the supplied baggies in aluminium foil, store them in an airtight Tupperware box and place this in the refrigerator.
This should allow you to store the substance for up to a year or possibly even longer without any significant loss of substance.
Sub-zero temperatures in themselves do not harm the molecule – but there are practical risks involved in handling it. We therefore recommend the refrigerator as a stable, lower-risk solution.

Your order will, of course, be sent in a discreet white package (not an envelope) that does not reveal its contents. Our company name, Cofana GmbH, is listed as the sender. We must list this in order to receive any returns or failed deliveries.
We ship our products daily from Monday to Friday, provided payment is received by 10 am. Delivery is usually one to three working days later. Payments for orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We send every order in a small parcel and not in an envelope. As a rule, parcels are handed over personally by DHL and not posted through the letterbox.
The dimensions of our parcels are 20 cm x 14 cm x 3.3 cm (L x W x H).
For bureaucratic reasons, we currently only ship within Germany.
