1S-LSD will be banned on September 26, and the law will be amended in such a way that no further derivatives will be possible. That’s it, there will be no more LSD derivatives for the German market!

From one day to the next, a draft law to amend the New Psychoactive Substances Act was added to the agenda of the Bundesrat session on September 26 – literally on the very last day it was still possible.

What exactly does it say?

We have spoken with several chemists, including the current manufacturer, and this is what it means in concrete terms:

1S-LSD will be banned, and the law will be amended in a way that prevents any new derivatives from being allowed.

So until September 26 it will still be possible to buy legal LSD – after that, it’s over. This is no joke, no marketing trick, and no unnecessary scaremongering.

What’s next?
